State Highway Administration - Signs on Highway Rights-of-Way - Permits
Establishing that a specified prohibition relating to the placement
and maintenance of signs on State highway rights-of-way does not apply
to a sign for which a specified permit has been issued; authorizing
the State Highway Administration to issue a specified permit for a
sign located within a State highway right-of-way under specified
circumstances; etc.
