Small Business Reserve Program - Definition of Small Business - Revision
Altering the definition of "small business" under the Small Business
Reserve Program; including small businesses that meet either the
limitation on employees employed by the business or the limitation on
gross sales of the business under the Small Business Reserve Program;
requiring the Department of General Services, in consultation with
specified others, to study and evaluate the Small Business Reserve
Program and report to specified committees of the General Assembly on
or before October 1, 2013; etc.
