Authorizing county boards of education to request that the State
Department of Education develop or review and approve specified online
courses and services; requiring the Department to determine within a
specified period of time whether a specified delegation will be made;

courses and services within a specified period of time under specified
circumstances; authorizing the Department to delegate authority to
specified county boards; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
