Vehicle Laws - U.S. Foreign Service Members Absent from State - Effective
Period of Driver's License
Establishing that a Maryland driver's license held by a member of the
U.S. Foreign Service who is residing outside the State or held by the
spouse or a dependent of the member shall remain effective during the
absence; authorizing an extension of the effective period of a
Maryland driver's license of a member of the Foreign Service or the
spouse or a dependent of the member under specified circumstances;
etc.
