Establishing the Credit Counseling and Legal Assistance Fund as a
special, nonlapsing fund; specifying the purpose of the Fund;
requiring the Division of Consumer Protection in the Office of the
Attorney General to administer the Fund; requiring the Division to
adopt specified regulations; requiring the State Treasurer to hold the
Fund and the Comptroller to account for the Fund; requiring the State
Court Administrator to collect specified filing fees and pay the fees
into the Fund; etc.
