Requiring the University of Maryland, Baltimore to pay an amount not to exceed $500,000 to reimburse the Hudson Farm for legal expenses incurred as a defendant in a lawsuit in which the University of Maryland School of Law Environmental Law Clinic is representing the plaintiff at no charge.
