Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Corporation Act - Revisions
Revising the Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Corporation Act;
altering the maximum amounts of specified contractual obligations of
specified impaired or insolvent insurers for which the Corporation may
become liable under specified circumstances; authorizing the
Corporation to elect to succeed to the rights and obligations of
specified insolvent insurers relating to specified reinsurance
contracts within 180 days after the date of an order of liquidation;
etc.
