Providing that a minor has the same capacity as an adult to consent to
medical treatment if a registered nurse, physician assistant, or
licensed clinical social worker makes a specified determination;
providing that a registered nurse, physician assistant, licensed
clinical social worker, or an individual under the direction of a
registered nurse, physician assistant, or licensed clinical social
worker who treats a minor is not liable for civil damages or subject
to specified penalties under specified circumstances; etc.
