Synopsis:

Proposing an amendment to the Maryland Constitution to prohibit the transfer to the General Fund of funds dedicated to the Bay Restoration Fund or the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays 2010 Trust Fund; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
