Condominiums and Homeowners Associations - Sales Contracts - Notice of
Potential Special Assessments
Providing that a contract for the resale of a unit in a condominium
is not enforceable unless the contract of sale contains a specified
notice and the unit owner furnishes specified information concerning
potential special assessments; providing that a contract for the
resale of a lot in a development, or for the initial sale of a lot in
a development containing 12 or fewer lots, is not enforceable unless
the purchaser is given a specified notice concerning potential special
assessments; and applying the Act only prospectively.
