Baltimore City - School Construction - Block Grant
Requiring the State to provide a specified block grant each year to
Baltimore City for public school construction projects; providing for
the initial amount, the source of funding, and an annual increase in
the amount of an annual block grant for school construction projects
in Baltimore City; and authorizing the Baltimore City Board of
Education to acquire, construct, reconstruct, equip, maintain, repair,
or renovate facilities through another entity acting as its agent and
to enter into contracts with entities for such purposes.
