Video Lottery Operation Licenses - Information on Payouts
Requiring that regulations adopted by the State Lottery Commission
include provisions that require video lottery terminal payouts above
specified amounts be reported to the State Lottery Agency in a report
that contains specified information; and requiring the State Lottery
Agency to modify the report in a specified manner and forward the
modified report to the Department of Human Resources' Child Support
Enforcement Administration for the purpose of enforcing specified
child support orders.
