Health - Cottage Food Businesses - Requirements
Providing that a cottage food business is not required, under
specified circumstances, to be licensed by the Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene; providing that the owner of a cottage food
business may sell only cottage food products that are stored on
specified premises and prepackaged with a specified label; requiring
the owner of a cottage food business to comply with specified county
and municipal laws and ordinances; providing that a specified
investigation of a cottage food business may include sampling; etc.
