Exempting specified individuals who are retirees of the Employees'
Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System from specified
earnings offsets under specified circumstances if the individuals are
reemployed as parole and probation employees; requiring the Secretary
of Public Safety and Correctional Services to submit a specified
report on specified retirees on or before September 1 of each year;
etc.
