Public Safety - Emergency Management - Emergency Plans for Human Service
Facilities and Dialysis Centers
Providing that specified facilities and centers are solely responsible
for any financial obligation arising from voluntary or mandatory
activation of a specified emergency plan; specifying that the Act does
not prohibit a specified facility or center from applying for and
receiving specified reimbursement; requiring specified kidney dialysis
centers to have specified emergency plans; requiring the plans to
include specified policies and procedures; etc.
