Restricting eligibility for specified public benefits for individuals
convicted on or after July 1, 2012, of common law riot under the laws
of Maryland or a crime under the laws of another state or the United
States that would be common law riot if committed in Maryland;
revoking specified public benefits for individuals convicted of
specified crimes on or after July 1, 2012; and creating specified
exceptions.
