Criminal Law - Use of Dangerous Weapons During Crime
Prohibiting a person from using a specified dangerous weapon in the
commission of a crime; establishing a penalty for a violation of the
Act; prohibiting a court from imposing less than or suspending any
part of a specified minimum sentence; providing that a specified
person is not eligible for parole in less than a specified period;
establishing that for a first offense the sentence may be consecutive
to or concurrent with a specified other sentence; etc.
