Income Tax - Customer Bag Credit Program
Allowing an individual or a corporation to claim a credit against the
State income tax for 50% of the cost to establish and pay specified
credits for a customer bag credit program; providing for calculation
of the credit; providing for the carryover of unused credit; requiring
an individual or corporation to provide reasonable information
required by the Comptroller with a tax return that claims the tax
credit; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after December 31,
2011.
