Requiring the Public Service Commission to establish and maintain the
Senior Call-Check Service Program; requiring specified telephone
companies to place a specified sequence of telephone calls to

service; authorizing the Commission to adjust specified rates;
requiring the Commission to adopt specified regulations; and
