Prohibiting a person from selling, distributing, or offering for sale
to a minor electronic devices that can be used to deliver nicotine to
the individual inhaling from the device, including electronic
cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, or pipes; specifying an exception to
the prohibition; providing that a violation of the Act is a
misdemeanor subject to a specified fine; establishing a defense for a
violation of the Act; etc.
