Authorizing, without liability for the termination and on 30 days'
notice to the contractor, the board of directors of a condominium to
terminate a contract entered into by the developer, officers, or
previous board within 180 days after the board of directors is elected
at a transitional meeting, and the governing body of a homeowners
association to terminate a contract entered into by the declarant or
previous governing body within 180 days after the governing body is
elected at a transitional meeting; etc.
