Allowing specified students to participate in interscholastic athletic
activities in another public high school in Talbot County if that
athletic activity is not offered at the public secondary school in the
student's geographical attendance area; requiring a student to

providing that a student's participation in a specified activity at
other schools may require the schools' change of specified
classifications; etc.
