Establishing the State Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund as a special
fund to be used to support specified services for specified
individuals with traumatic brain injuries; requiring the Secretary of

designee to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or
before a specified date each year; establishing eligibility for
