Exonerated After Wrongful Conviction
Exempting a resident of the State who was exonerated by a court
following a wrongful conviction for a crime by a court in the State
from paying tuition at a public institution of higher education under
specified circumstances; prohibiting a specified individual from being
required to pay the difference between the amount of a specified
scholarship or grant and the amount of tuition under specified
circumstances; etc.
