Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to make available to the public, beginning on January 1, 2013, and at specified times each year, specified information relating to the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; requiring the Department to make available to the public, beginning on January 1, 2013, and on January 1 of each year thereafter, specified models used by the Department for determining specified rates; etc.
