Establishing a Student Transfer Advisory Committee; providing for the
composition, officers, and staffing of the Committee; requiring the
Committee to review and analyze articulation and student support
services, including admission and advising practices and any other
student transfer related issues referred to the Committee by the
Maryland Higher Education Commission; requiring the Committee to
report its findings and recommendations on or before December 1, 2013,
and each odd-numbered year thereafter; etc.
