Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2008 to remove the requirement that the Board of Directors of the Goshen Farm Preservation Society, Inc. grant a specified historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; and extending to June 1, 2013, the deadline for the Board to present evidence that a matching fund will be provided.
