Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2011 to change the grantee of a grant for the Battle of Bladensburg Visitor Center and Monument project from the Board of Directors of Anacostia Trails Heritage Area, Inc. to the Board of Trustees of the Aman Memorial Trust, Inc.; etc.
