Synopsis:

Authorizing and awarding an additional video lottery operation license and up to 1,500 additional video lottery terminals for a video lottery facility in Charles County on a vessel moored to a pier on the Potomac River; authorizing the holder of a video lottery operation license to offer table games in the State; specifying distributions of proceeds of table games; submitting the Act to a referendum of the qualified voters of the State; etc.
