Creation of a State Debt - Dorchester County - YMCA

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Dorchester County, Inc., for an addition to an existing building to house a new indoor pool for the Dorchester County YMCA, located in Cambridge and for renovation to the existing building; and prohibiting the use of the funds for sectarian religious purposes.
