Requiring that subdivision regulations in Prince George's County
include a notice requirement so that a subdivider or developer would
have to inform prospective buyers of their plans for an adjacent or
neighboring subdivision; and providing that the notice shall detail
changes affecting the use or enjoyment of a lot or dwelling unit in
the initial subdivision.
