Authorizing Prince George's County to establish the Revenue Authority of Prince George's County for specified purposes; requiring a hearing before establishing the Authority; providing for the membership and legal status of the Authority; specifying the powers and duties of the Authority, including the power to issue revenue bonds and other evidences of indebtedness; exempting specified bonds and property of the Authority from taxation; specifying penalties for violations of the Authority's regulations; etc.
