Tort Reform - Reporting Requirements
Extending the termination date of an uncodified provision of law that
requires insurers providing professional liability insurance to health
care providers in the State to submit specified information to the
Insurance Commissioner and requires the Insurance Commissioner to
report to the Legislative Policy Committee each year on the impact of
certain tort reform measures on the availability and affordability of
health care malpractice and other liability insurance in the State.
