Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore for the repair, renovation, improvement, and expansion of the educational, cultural, and recreational facilities at the Park Heights location of the Center, which will allow the Center to expand and improve its services to senior citizens, special needs populations, immigrants, and refugees, as well as to all the residents of the Park Heights area; etc.
