Creation of a State Debt - Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore for the repair, renovation, improvement, and expansion of the educational, cultural, and recreational facilities at the Park Heights location of the Center; and providing that no proceeds of a loan or any matching funds may be used for religious purposes.
