Requiring the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC) to establish a separate schedule establishing the rates of compensation or salary levels for MNCPPC employees whose primary duties are performed in Montgomery County, Prince George's County, or equally divided between Montgomery and Prince George's Counties.
