Adding signs to the types of real property improvements on land that
is zoned for or is adjacent to land that is zoned for residential or
commercial use within municipal boundaries for which a municipal
corporation in Prince George's County located in the boundaries of the
Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District may impose stricter or
additional zoning conditions, restrictions, or limitations than are
otherwise required by State, regional, or county zoning regulations.
