Montgomery County - Olney Theatre Loan of 1996

Synopsis:

Amending Chapter 138 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1996, the Montgomery County - Olney Theatre Loan of 1996, to alter the purpose for which the proceeds of the bonds will be used so that the funds may be used for the repair of the roof of the theatre building.
