Synopsis:

Altering the provisions of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act to prohibit a merchant from advertising a price for consumer goods that requires a consumer to mail in a coupon to the manufacturer for a cash rebate unless the price actually paid by the consumer to the merchant for the consumer goods is advertised in a specified manner.
