Synopsis:

Requiring the State Fire Marshal to maintain a statewide reemployment list of fire, emergency medical services, paramedic, and rescue personnel separated from employment under certain circumstances; requiring a governmental unit to provide information on hiring for vacant or new positions; and requiring the State Fire Marshal to maintain a list of certain open positions and to provide the list to fire, emergency medical services, paramedic, and rescue personnel who are listed on the statewide reemployment list.
