Synopsis:

Extending a termination provision relating to the authority of a motor vehicle rental company to sell or offer insurance to renters; requiring a motor vehicle rental company to hold a special restricted certificate of qualification in order to sell or offer insurance to a renter in connection with, and incidental to, a rental agreement; requiring the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to issue a special restricted certificate of qualification to a motor vehicle rental company that meets specified requirements; etc.
