Alcoholic Beverages - Suppliers and Wholesalers - Stale Malt Products

Synopsis:

Allowing a supplier to enter into an agreement with a wholesaler or an authorized representative to replace stale or out-of-date malt beverage products under specified circumstances; allowing, if a wholesaler refuses to replace the products, a supplier to unilaterally submit a replacement plan to the State Comptroller for approval; specifying that a replacement plan may designate an authorized representative or wholesaler outside the territory of the wholesaler that refuses to participate in the plan to make the replacement; etc.
