Maryland Youthbuild Act

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Youthbuild Act; providing education, job skills training, counseling, and leadership development training opportunities to certain disadvantaged youth; requiring funds for a Youthbuild program to be used for certain services; authorizing the Secretary of Human Resources to make grants to carry out the Act; requiring that a certain training subsidy, living allowance, or stipend be provided to certain program participants; establishing eligibility requirements for participation in the program; etc.
