Synopsis:

Requiring a person who transports children to school or specified activities to transport the children in a vehicle that conforms to federal safety standards; establishing exceptions to the requirement; authorizing the use of a nonconforming vehicle in use before October 1, 2003, until October 1, 2008; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to adopt regulations governing school bus safety standards that conform to federal standards; etc.
