State Retirement and Pension System - Board of Trustees

Synopsis:

Removing specified trustees from the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System over a specified period of time; adding additional trustees to the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System who meet specified criteria; providing that specified trustees may continue to serve on the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System if they retire within a specified period of time, while serving on the Board of Trustees; etc.
