Synopsis:

Amending the Baltimore City - Maryland Historical Society Loan of 1997, as amended by Chapter 183 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2000, to require that the loan proceeds be encumbered by the Board of Public Works or expended for the purpose provided in the Act by June 1, 2006; etc.
