State Employment - Contractual Employees - Credit for Service
Altering the circumstances under which a contractual employee who
transfers or is selected to fill a budgeted position in the State
Personnel Management System must be given credit for service in the
contractual position for purposes of establishing steps in the pay
grade applicable to the budgeted position, annual leave, and seniority
rights; and applying the Act.
