Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of DeMatha Catholic High School, Inc. for the construction of a renovated streetscape and a parking lot in front of DeMatha Catholic High School on Route 1, located in Hyattsville; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; prohibiting the use of the loan proceeds or matching fund from being used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
