Synopsis:

Requiring that an extension of the probationary period of specified deputy sheriffs by the Montgomery County Sheriff be in accordance with any applicable collective bargaining agreement; requiring that the Sheriff's discretion to make specified determinations be subject to an applicable collective bargaining agreement; requiring that the Sheriff's rights and responsibilities to make specified decisions be subject to specified provisions of the Montgomery County Code and personnel regulations; etc.
