Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc., and the Board of Directors of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Village V Limited Partnership for the planning, design, construction, repair, and capital equipping of the Weinberg Village V Senior Apartment Building, located in Owings Mills; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a specified requirement; etc.
